"There was a problem - apparantly the details you passed on to the taxi company were messed up, and the driver was told to collect me from St Pancras (destination for first trip) vs. my home in Reading. However the driver called me and once we realized the problem, the company was able to arrange for a different driver to pick me up for my original pickup time. They verified that they had the instructions right for the return journey. When I returned I was able to take an earlier train, and I asked for an earlier pickup - the company were able to accomodate me, collecting me 100 minutes earlier. So very impressed with their service. "
